Orders typically process within 72 hours unless they are on backorder. Once a product processes it should be at your door within 10 business days. If there is a delay and it has been over 10 business days contact support at support@etherealskinaesthetics.com.

We do not issue refunds. However, you may be eligible to return for store credit or exchange. Please view our Refund Policy in the Terms and Conditions section for details.

There is not an option to schedule same day appointments. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You may call in same day at 713.562.9997 to see if there is a cancellation or open availability.
